It is a container — held with care, structured with intention — where you are not asked to perform, produce, or prove.

The practice of staying
Staying is not passive.
It is the practice of remaining present when everything in us wants to move, fix, escape, or resolve.
In staying, we discover what we have been avoiding. And in that discovery, something shifts — not because we forced it, but because we finally allowed it.
The body knows things the mind has forgotten.
Breath carries information that words cannot.
Silence holds what noise has buried.
We do not teach techniques.
We create conditions.
And we trust what emerges.
